Refund / Cancellation Policy
Advanced Laser Training's cancellation policy, in the event that you are unable to attend:
- A $100 nonrefundable fee will be withheld from each registered attendee.
- A partial refund may be requested in writing at least 1 week prior to the scheduled course date sent via email to MOwens@advancedlasertraining.com, mail to 2651 Quarry Lane Fayetteville, AR 72704, or fax to 479-419-5598 to Advanced Laser Training. (Tuition minus $100 cancellation fee.)
- In lieu of a partial refund you may request to be Advanced Laser Training's guest at a comparable live or online course held and within 12 months of the original course date, based on the availability of space. If a replacement course is not attended within 12 months of the original course date, 100% of tuition is forfeited.
- Failure to attend the original course without cancellation forfeits 100% of tuition.
Advanced Laser Training reserves the right to cancel any program. Each registrant will be notified via email, followed by a full refund. Advanced Laser Training is not responsible for any additional costs, including, but not limited to, airline and hotel penalties.
